He doesn’t need to dribble anymore. Ever since he moved to Real, it will not be wrong to say that his job has become easier because of the players around him, who are perhaps the best at what they do, be it kroos, modric, bale, marcello, varane, and many others (presently).
Apart from it, as compared to united who play Direct football which includes players (esp. wingers) running wildly down the flanks, beating defenders and putting in crosses; Real play a more of a passing game to put it very simply. The basic difference between the two styles is that individual players beat defenders in united’s (classic united) style as opposed to the team collectively beating the defenders in Real’s style.
This is why i feel many people witness the change in CR7’s gameplay.
